SHIPPING POLICY
Details
After payment confirmation, the shipping period is 4 business days. Products are sent by Correios in the PAC, SEDEX or Mini Shipping modes, as selected in your checkout.
These modalities will vary the delivery times, being:
SEDEX (3 - 7 business days)
PAC (5 - 14 business days)
Mini Shipments (5 - 14 business days)
NOTE: the "Mini Shipments" option has a simple tracking system, meaning that tracking updates only occur on the day of posting and on the day of delivery.
Misplacement
In the case of lost orders, only packages sent via PAC and SEDEX are eligible for a full refund of the declared purchase value (shipping not included), after the dispute opened with the Post Office has been concluded. For orders lost via Mini Envios, we are not responsible for refunds, since the Post Office does not guarantee the same either.
Incorrect address or return to sender
Please check at checkout to make sure your address is correct. Pedra Luz is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
It is the customer's responsibility to track the item and receive it within the timeframe stipulated by the Post Office. If the item is returned to the sender, the buyer will be responsible for paying for reshipment.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Exchanges and returns
All items sold on the website are complete. We always ensure the quality and integrity of the materials used.
An exception may apply to some jewelry and we will always be clear about this in the additional product information.
Once the purchase is made, the customer agrees that they have read the product description and agree to the terms that Pedra Luz reserves the right not to make exchanges and returns.
